The 2020 Great North Run takes place on Sunday 13th September 2020.
If you choose to run in support of 4Louis, you'll receive a running vest, fundraising pack and support throughout from our fundraising team. And of course, our team will be there at the finsh line with high fives, and 4Louis Medals.

Sunderland 10K/ Half Marathon

Fire Walk
Join members of 4Louis taking on the challenge to end all challenges – a fire walk over burning coals.
Can you stand the heat

Rough Runner
The 2020 North East Rough Runner will take place in July 2020 at Lord Lambton's Estate, Chester-Le-Street.
Rough Runner is a combination of distance running with epic obsticales on the way.
Inspired by TV game shows like Gladiators, Total Wipeout, and Ninja Warrior. Take on the sweeper arms, 40m water slide, and the legendary TRAVELATOR! A distance to suit your fitness the routes are available in 5km, 10km or 15km
