At 4louis, we believe that parents suffering the loss of a baby or child need to be supported with compassion, empathy and care. Memory boxes can provide a special way for bereaved families to store meaningful items and remember their baby.
4Louis offers 8 different types of baby memory boxes. Each box is tailored to meet the needs of various units and families, some of these also have the option of gender specific colours.
They each contain different items to support and inspire bereaved families to capture memories with their baby or child.
They are also a useful tool to support healthcare professionals as an ice breaker with a family. It gives them something to talk about and encourage the families involvement in capturing these precious keepsakes
Other Ways We Help
At 4Louis we don't just provide memory boxes to bereaved families. We are a huge community of people that help other people in similar situations. There is very little support within the NHS to help families dealing with child loss.
Our community helps through fundraising events to help us fund things such as bereavement rooms and our beautiful growing range of memory boxes. Along with this, we help support recently bereaved families and hospitals with essential equipment such as cuddle cots and cuddle blankets.
