The 4Louis National Bereavement Midwives' Forum & Neonatal Palliative and Bereavement Care Nurses’ Network—a special group where caring nurses and midwives come together.
They share helpful ways to support families dealing with loss and learn from each other. It's like a big team working to make things better for everyone. This group is all about understanding and helping each other, making a real difference for families facing tough times.
Alongside regular in person meet ups we've created an online workspace via FutureNHS where we exchange helpful tips, guidelines, job descriptions, and more. Here, we not only save valuable midwifery hours but also provide essential psychological support to one another.
This not only benefits our team but allows us to redirect more time and attention to the families and teaching staff who need it most.
It's a win-win situation that amplifies our impact in this crucial role.
Our next forum Date and details will be announced soon.
